Right to retract
Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you may cancel your order without specifying a reason and without paying a penalty within 14 days of the day you or a third party indicated by you receive the products purchased. You must notify us of your decision to cancel your order in accordance with the instructions and forms available on our support center or by using this form. To meet the cancellation deadline, all you need to do is send us your request before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. For more information, please contact our customer service through the support center.
We will refund all payments you received for the products purchased, as well as the shipping cost for the cheapest shipping method we offer. The refund will be made within 14 days of the day you provide us with proof of the return of your item (s).
Note that you must return the goods as instructed by our support center no later than 14 days after the day of your cancellation notification. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning these goods. You may be held responsible if the value of the returned merchandise decreases due to the handling of the merchandise (unless it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the merchandise).
Exceptions - the right of withdrawal does not apply for the following cases:
- Products manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- Goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly; and
- Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software if unsealed by you after delivery.
In the event of defective products purchased on the website, the legal warranty fully applies.
30-day return guarantee
If you have received a defective or damaged item, wrong size, or incorrect product, please contact us through our support center within 30 days of receiving your order. After returning the affected product to the address provided, we will send you a new item free of charge (refund the return shipping cost), or you may choose to receive a full refund.

Go to our support center and describe the problem in detail, including the reason for the return, along with your order number and product SKU number. For defective, wrong, or no description items, please kindly send us a clear photo or video of the problem.
Our solutions :
If our company is responsible for the problem, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will either refund the original product price and shipping to you in full, or resend a replacement item to you free of charge at our cost. This solution is only applicable when ZAFUL is responsible for sending the wrong item / wrong size.
2. Liability of the customer
Incorrect order (item size)
If the customer ordered the wrong size or product, we may also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs back and forth (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the price of the original product. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
