The order processing time depends on the length of the quality control, the packaging and the stock of each item.
What is the processing time?
Order processing time is the time between receipt of your order and physical shipment. After receiving your order, we carry out rigorous quality checks and tests in order to guarantee the quality of the product before it is dispatched and to provide you with the best possible satisfaction. This may involve careful internal checks: eg. quality of materials, zippers, stitching, embellishments and patterns, interiors, linings, etc. Total processing time will vary depending on complexity, design and size or item. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that processing time may also be affected by the stock status of each item in the order, time of year, holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are having stock availability issues, the order may take 5-10 business days to process and ship. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
